Consulting to optimize breeding programs that maximize genetic improvement annually. We evaluate the genetic merit of potential breeding animals and determine the optimal numbers of dogs and bitches needed to produce target puppy quantities.

These recommendations are grounded in real numbers — the same estimated breeding values and inbreeding-coefficient calculations described below, applied to your own pedigree and performance data — backed by more than 30 years of hands-on program management, including two decades running the breeding-selection and mating protocols for a large working-dog breeding program end to end.

Data analysis using the R statistical software (with experience in SAS and Stata as well), turning raw pedigree and performance records into the numbers that actually drive breeding decisions.
