Worked iBay examples: multi-marker model

Abstract

This example show some basics of finemapping and genomic prediction using the Bayesian multimarker model available in iBay based on association mapping (iBay also allows multiQTL linkage analysis but that's much less used and not decscribed here). For demonstration the finemapping is also compared to a traditional genomescantype mapping.
