Abstract

GENEPROB, a computer program, written by Kerr and Kinghorn, calculates the expected genotype probability for each individual in a pedigree of related animals. This appears to be a book chapter, written by Brian Kinghorn, in which is described the theoretical basis for the algorithm implemented by GENEPROB.
